Shipping
Do you ship to my state?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. Priority Shipping is $5.99.
How long does delivery take?
Free Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days. Priority Shipping: 3–6 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to change or cancel it before it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars and payments are processed securely.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Products
Are your products safe for pets?
We select products made from pet-safe materials. As with any new item, supervise your pet at first and stop using a product if it shows signs of wear.
